- PM10 – Delhi ranks fourth among Indian Cities Gwalior, Allahabad, Raipur AHEAD of Delhi in particulate pollution levels (PM10)
- PM2.5 – Delhi ranks fifth among India cites For PM2.5 (more dangerous than PM10), the top rankers are Gwalior, Allahabad, Patna and Raipur. Delhi ranks fifth within India.
- PM10 bigger pollutant PM10 is inadvertently the worse number. Biggest pollutant around the world. Of 2,973 cities covered under WHO study for Air Quality, only three have PM2.5 higher than PM10.
- Ahmedabad has higher PM2.5 Among 2,923 cities covered in the WHO study, only one Indian city – Ahmedabad – has PM2.5 levels higher than PM10. Overall, Ahmeadbad’s rank is 277 though – much better than Delhi.
